Mohican Market & Café, founded in 2014, grew out of the Shrock family’s devotion to the community. Joseph and Mary Ann Shrock, along with their children, realized the need for a local market. They had a desire for customers to experience an inviting and comfortable atmosphere while shopping for fresh, quality, wholesome foods. The Shrock family believes that they shouldn’t sell anything to customers that they wouldn’t be proud to serve at their own table at home. They are constantly working on innovative menu items, finding healthy options, and sourcing quality ingredients from local farmers.
